Executive Home Care of Manassas is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality reliable care to seniors and individuals in need. We accept multiple payer sources and are committed to making care accessible regardless of financial situation.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Marketer / Outreach Coordinator to drive client growth through digital marketing outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive organized and comfortable communicating with both clients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage and grow our online presence (social media Google etc.)
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients referral sources and partners
- Set appointments and coordinate meetings with facilities and families
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals rehab centers and senior communities
- Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Track leads conversions and outreach efforts
- Experience in marketing sales or healthcare outreach preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic digital marketing
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
