Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 for entry-level candidates; $60000$70000 for experienced candidates (negotiable based on experience and performance).
- Commissions: Competitive commission structure with potential for higher earnings on new business to support book growth.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels including warm leads from bank partnerships cold calling and tools such as Zywave and MyEdge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing tailored employee benefits solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage a mix of new and renewal business with a focus on driving new revenue (approximately 40% new business 30% renewals negotiable based on experience).
- Utilize internal systems including EPIC Zywave proprietary software and the bank CRM to manage client accounts and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience from entry-level to seasoned producers. Candidates with a proven ability to generate $100000 in annual revenue are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Technology: Familiarity with EPIC Zywave and CRM systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Travel: Limited travel may be required depending on lead opportunities.
