• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and referral partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
• Conduct in-person meetings presentations and site visits
• Promote company services and ensure brand visibility in the community
• Track leads referrals and sales activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• 2 years of experience in sales marketing or business development (restoration or service industry preferred)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Experience in restoration construction or insurance industries
• Existing network of commercial contacts (property managers HOAs etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
