IT Analyst Operation(AI Automation Dashboarding Engineer)

The AI / Automation / Dashboarding Operations Administrator supports the deployment maintenance and optimization of enterprise automation workflows AI-assisted operational tools and monitoring dashboards. This role enhances visibility efficiency and decision-making across 24x7 IT operations by leveraging tools such as iAutomate Ansible and Grafana along with data from monitoring platforms database like SQL Oracle MySQL Cloud native database.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support automation platforms including iAutomate and Ansible ensuring reliable execution of operational workflows.
• Develop maintain and enhance operational dashboards in Grafana utilizing data from monitoring tools such as SCOM Nagios SolarWinds and AlertSite.
• Support AI-driven operational tools and automation pipelines to improve incident response alert correlation and operational insights.
• Create maintain and optimize scripts playbooks and workflow logic to support automation and dashboard functionality.
• Perform system and application upgrades patches and maintenance for automation tools dashboards and supporting platforms.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of automation tasks AI-assisted workflows and dashboards; track operational metrics KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage improve visibility and enhance operational efficiency across teams.
• Maintain SOX-compliant documentation for automation workflows dashboard configurations and system changes.
• Participate in testing validation and change management activities for new automations dashboard updates and AI-enabled features.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure dashboards automation tools and AI workflows operate accurately and remain aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4 years in IT operations automation support dashboarding or monitoring administration.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with iAutomate and Ansible or any workflow automation tools
  • Proficiency in Grafana dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Strong hands-on experience in writing PromQL SQL query
  • Hands-on experience in (Python PowerShell Bash).
  • Good knowledge on the Database like SQL MySQL Influx DB.
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools (SCOM Nagios SolarWinds AlertSite).
  • Good understanding of API and reports
  • Understanding of AI/ML-assisted workflows and observability concepts.
  • Awareness of SOX compliance and change control best practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset eagerness to adopt emerging technologies excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operations environment.
