The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous you will play a key role in delivering food to the highest standard while supporting the wider brigade.
You will:
- Support the senior team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Contribute to the development of seasonal menus and dishes
- Maintain consistency precision and execution across all services
- Act as a key link between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Train mentor and support junior chefs
- Assist with stock control organisation and kitchen structure
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety hygiene and discipline
This is a hands-on role requiring both strong technical ability and leadership presence.
