Job Summary
Project: Large-scale Residential Development
Essentials:Third-level qualification in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services; 4 years Irish relevant experience; residential projects experience preferred; Interest in energy management.
Location:South Dublin
Salary:60000 - 65000

Overseeing:M&E sub-contractors and supporting site teams
Reporting into:Building Services Manager
Oversee quality and delivery of M&E installations from coordination through to commissioning and handover
Support site teams in resolving on-site M&E coordination and technical issues
Coordinate M&E interfaces with architectural and structural design teams
Manage and monitor M&E subcontractors to meet programme and quality standards
Act as main point of contact for utility providers and local authorities to secure timely service connections
Coordinate service diversions and modifications to existing utilities where required
Contribute to value engineering and implementation of efficient mechanical and electrical solutions
Oversee management of temporary site electrical and water services.
