Your key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and staff function to the CEO on corporate messaging reputation management and stakeholder engagement
• Define and execute the global Corporate Communication strategy aligned with the companys vision growth strategy and corporate priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external PR agencies communications advisors and creative partners in the pharmaceutical biotech and life sciences industries
• Lead the development writing and publication of the companys annual report ensuring alignment with corporate strategy performance innovation pipeline sustainability commitments longterm value creation and regulatory requirements
• Drive communication initiatives supporting leadership visibility corporate transformation and cultural development to strengthen employee engagement transparency and alignment with corporate goals
• Collaborate with HR to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Reinforce the companys commitment to patients and patient-centric innovation by building relationships with advocacy groups industry associations regulators and key external stakeholders
• Drive executive thought leadership
• Partner with Marketing to amplify corporate messaging across digital channels
• Support communication activities for global conferences industry events fairs and strategic announcements
• Manage the Corporate Communication and PR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize strategic impact demonstrate ROI of communications initiatives

Your profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or related field
• Relevant years of experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations within the pharmaceutical biotech or CDMO industry ideally in manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in advising senior leadership and C-level executives on strategic communication matters capable of influencing and convincing key stakeholders
• Strong track record in media relations executive communications and corporate storytelling
• Experience managing corporate reporting processes including annual reports or integrated reporting
• Knowledge of ESG communication sustainability frameworks and stakeholder engagement
• A strategic partner in the companys cultural transformation journey
• Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage
