The Role: Funding Associate (Inside Sales)

With a pipeline of warm inbound leads and full sales enablement tools at your fingertips youll hit the ground running in a high-energy high-reward environment.

What youll do:

• Work warm leads (no cold calling grind)
• Build relationships with business owners nationwide
• Guide prospects through a consultative funding process
• Collaborate with seasoned teammates and leadership
• Hit and exceed goals while building your book of business

What Were Looking For:

• 13 years of sales experience (inside sales financial services lending or similar)
• Confidence charisma and the ability to close
• A self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial drive
• Industry knowledge or financial product familiarity is a big plus
• Resilience accountability and a team-first mindset
