Join CentraCare Clearwater as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and provide comprehensive team-based primary care in an outpatient-only setting. This role supports a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling no nights weekends holidays or call while allowing you to deliver high-quality preventive acute and chronic care that improves patient outcomes and supports both provider and patient experience.

Schedule

• Full-time 0.81.0 FTE Onsite CentraCare Clearwater MN

• Day shifts Specific hours listed below

  • Choice of 4- or 5-day work week

  • Clinic hours:

    • Monday: 7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

    • TuesdayFriday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (flexibility available)

• No evenings weekends holidays or call

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $109241.60 - $124904 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current AHA BLS certification
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• 1 year of clinical experience as an NP or PA
