Job Summary
OracleHealth Government Services is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to join our mission-driven this role you will be responsible for leading technical activities and ensuring successful delivery which aligns with Federal cyber security requirements solution architecture and Oracle ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architecture and engineering requirements within the healthcare space and Federal market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsboth internal stakeholders and client partnersso familiarity with technical architecture engineering principles and healthcare data standards is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design and delivery of enterprise health IT systems.
- Review technical requirements and facilitate implementation strategies within a federal environment.
- Engage on technical delivery issues performing analysis and making actionable recommendations to ensure timely program delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across clinical technical and product teams to align designs with federal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop maintain and oversee architecture documentation standards and governance artifacts.
- Lead and facilitate technical design sessions; contribute to solution design and long-term enterprise technical roadmaps.
- Support compliance with security privacy and federal IT standards (e.g. FedRAMP FISMA HIPAA).

- Bachelors plus a minimum of 8 years with technical delivery experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97500 to $199500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
