A brand-new Rosatis Pizza location is opening in early May in Rhinelander and we are looking for motivated Pizza Cooks to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to help launch a locally owned and operated restaurant in a brand-new construction building and be part of building a strong team from day one.

Job Summary

As a Pizza Cook youll stay busy preparing delicious pizzas using Rosatis family recipes. Youll be responsible for assembling pizzas baking different styles of dough and ensuring every order meets our quality standards.

To thrive in this role previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is having a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to hustle during busy shifts while supporting your teammates.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas from the menu and based on custom customer orders
Bake a variety of pizza doughs including traditional thin crust double dough and Chicago-style deep dish
Perform line cook tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
Monitor food stock levels and notify management when items need to be reordered
Maintain a clean and organized cooking station
Properly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
Follow food safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Experience preparing or baking pizza doughs is preferred but not required
Enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment is helpful
Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday and move throughout the kitchen
Comfortable working in warm kitchen temperatures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching bending kneeling and moving throughout the facility
Ability to follow directions and prepare menu items consistently
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
