Dishwasher full-time

A Dishwasher in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) ensures the sanitation of dishes pots pans and utensils maintaining a clean safe and hygienic environment for residents by operating dish machines cleaning kitchen areas and handling waste. They are essential for infection control strictly adhering to dietary department and health codes while supporting meal service.

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road Quincy CA 95971.

Compensation Philosophy:

• We have 6 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 6 years of relevant experience.

Compensation range:

• $18.63- $23.78

Full-time benefited

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Dishwasher experience.

Preferred Education:

• Obtain a California Food Handler Card or local health department certification.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions; basic reading and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods lift bend and work in a warm sometimes wet environment.

• Operate commercial dishwashers ensuring proper water temperatures and chemical concentrations (parts per million) are maintained.
• Scrape rinse and rack soiled dishes trays pots pans and silverware; hand-wash larger or specialized items.
• Properly store dry and rotate dishes utensils and equipment in designated areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors clean worktables sinks walls and refrigerators.
• Empty trash containers clean garbage cans and replace liners.
