We are seeking afull timeanda part timeCommunity Training Specialists (CTS) who will support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assistingclients with completing their hygiene development ofindependenceresponsibilityand self-worth

• Preparing and implementing program goals individuals service plans treatment plans etc.

• Developing positive relationships with individuals familiesguardiansand service providers

• Assistingclients to obtainappropriate healthcareservices and promoting healthy lifestyle choices

The hourly rateis: $22.00/hr.

Minimum requirements:

• Fluent in American Sign Language

• Mustbe at least 18 years old.

• Possession of a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.

• High School diploma.
