TheMerrimack Centerâis an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes inâtraumaâinformed care.âThe Merrimack Center provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.
Schedules being offered: Tuesday - Saturday 3PM - 11PM
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

YOU willâbe able to create a safe and therapeuticâcommunityâbyâsupporting students in developingâandâbyârole modelingâeffective copingâstrategies.â
YOU will helpâstudentsâdiscover what makes them feel competent and valuedâby working with themâto develop life skills suchâas cooking banking vocational skills and more.âYourâday-to-dayâworkâwillâsupport studentsâinâdeveloping a sense of selfâandâprovide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.â
