Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a supportive laid-back work environment that values work-life balance. As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative you will focus exclusively on servicing existing clients ensuring they receive the best possible coverage and support. This is a full-time position with the potential for a hybrid work schedule after an initial onboarding period.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to existing clients by addressing inquiries resolving billing questions and processing policy changes.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best carrier options to meet their needs.
  • Handle remarketing tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agencys systems including QQ PL Rater and Agency Zoom.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Uphold a professional and positive attitude while fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with captive insurance experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with QQ PL Rater and Agency Zoom is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills organizational abilities a team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Work Environment: Initially this role will require five days in the office. After approximately six months a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote may be offered depending on performance and experience.
