Our events combine thought leadership networking opportunities and exclusive content to create memorable experiences. ForbesLive is seeking a Summer 2026 intern to join our collaborative team focusing on providing support to our Logistics & Programming.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the ForbesLive core teams including Audience & Community Marketing Sponsorship Production with emphasis on Logistics and Programming
• Conduct research to identify potential venues speakers production partners and relevant contacts
• Craft compelling email copy for communication with Forbes leadership potential speakers venues and partners
• Assist with pre-event planning on-site execution and post-event follow-up for ForbesLive events
• Support event logistics at the Forbes event space in New York (Forbes on Fifth) and other event locations
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling database management and logistics coordination
• Maintain inventory of event assets and assist with managing event calendars
• Help source new venues and vendors while building relationships with existing partners
• Collaborate across revenue teams to coordinate project needs and ensure successful event execution

The ideal candidate:

• Passionate about learning the intricacies of the events industry
• Currently enrolled college student (preferably Junior or Senior) based in the New York Metropolitan Area
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn new tools such as Smartsheet (Forbes project management tool)
• Ability to travel to events as needed and be available for evening/weekend events when required
• Physical requirements include standing walking climbing stairs lifting and carrying 25 both indoor and outdoor environments

About out Summer Intern Program:

• Our internships are paid.
• This internship is approximately 40 hours/week Monday-Friday.
• Internships begin mid-June and end mid-August
• Interns are invited to weekly presentations to hear from leaders within the organization.

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00 - $21.00
