Job Summary

To recruit develop and mentor entry-level Financial Advisers (FAs) within the IAM Business Unit. Build high-caliber new-to-industry advisers equipped to execute sales strategies strengthen client relationships and drive IAM revenue growth. Guide FAs through a two-year training programme in the Sales Academy to ensure FAIS compliance and their successful transition into Liberty Agency Financial Advisers.


Qualifications :

Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative

Experience Required
Sales
Sales & Distribution
3-4 years
Proven experience in Financial Services Insurance or Asset Management with a strong track record in sales sales leadership or coaching/mentoring roles. Specific experience working with entry-level or new-to-industry Financial Advisers is highly advantageous.
