Qualifications Required: Level 5 or above in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Adults and/or Children & Young People)
Experience Required: Minimum 24 months experience in residential childcare with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role
The Home:
Number of beds: Solo placement homes (one young person per home)
Who we are looking for:
Our client is seeking experienced House Managers and Experienced House Managers to lead one or two solo placement homes supporting young people with complex needs.
In this role you will take full responsibility for service delivery staff development regulatory compliance and achieving positive outcomes for the young people in your care. You will oversee day-to-day operations while also contributing to longer-term service improvement and development.
The successful candidate will be confident managing teams maintaining regulatory excellence and ensuring homes provide environments where young people can genuinely thrive. This role requires a strong leader who can balance operational management with strategic thinking.
