About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Implement product feature development in alignment with the companys business strategy and product roadmap.
- Develop business analysis and requirement documents with support from the Product Manager based on a strong understanding of business needs and product features.
- Conduct research and technical validation of new infrastructure services and frameworks to support business and technical requirements.
- Leverage AI coding tools to drive end-to-end engineering workflows including design development testing and delivery.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to sales and customer support teams resolve production issues and manage feature requests.
- Support and mentor engineers by providing technical guidance coaching and development opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the latest development tools and technologies and continuously expand knowledge through learning and industry engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in web application development and 2 years in engineering management.
- Full product development lifecycle experience in SaaS platforms or enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in backend development (e.g. .NET C# Entity Framework) or frontend development (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript React).
- Strong expertise in database design management and SQL performance tuning; familiarity with SQL Server MySQL or similar databases.
- Solid experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g. AWS Azure) and modern frameworks for SaaS platform development.
- Strong project management skills including requirement analysis system design planning progress tracking risk management and documentation.
- Excellent leadership logical thinking and communication skills.
- Experience working with AI-driven products or technologies is a strong plus.

Location: This position is a fully on-site role.
