About the Role
We are hiring experienced Legal Recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting for law firms nationwide. This role is ideal for recruiters who know how to run a desk manage multiple searches and build long-term relationships in a structured high-performance environment.
Legal recruiting experience is preferred but experienced direct-hire agency recruiters are encouraged to apply.

Utilize Crelate ATS/CRM AI sourcing tools and structured workflows
Collaborate on shared searches (split opportunities available)
Compensation & Benefits
Commission: 10%50% (both sides) based on experience and production
Typical earnings: $120000$172500 annually
25 paid days off (10 holidays 10 PTO 5 sick days)
Health insurance (after 90 days) life insurance 401(k)
Performance recognition and certification programs
Requirements
Direct-hire agency recruiting experience
Strong communication and client management skills
ATS/CRM experience and comfort with technology
Professional remote workspace and reliable internet
Full-time availability (9:005:30 local time)
