Operations Assistant

Location: Los Angeles CA

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Operations Assistant to join our team! The Operations Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to local Management Operations & Field personnel. This position will provide customer service communications taking and scheduling customer orders scheduling couriers for deliveries and working closely with the management team in the plant.

Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level

Pay Range: $21.36 - $31.32 per hour depending on experience.

What you will be doing:

Provides proof of delivery and dispute resolution

Answers incoming phone calls

Supports sales field and management personnel

Performs basic ticket reconciliation

Special projects as requested

Identify and address product quality issues and continually look for ways to improve processes at the plant Ok

Customer Service

Other duties as assigned

What makes you great:

H.S. Degree is required Bachelors Degree is preferred

Minimum 2 years Administrative Support is preferred

Outstanding oral and written communication

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent phone etiquette

Knowledge of multi-line phone system

Bilingual Spanish English a Plus
