ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform various stages of the assembly process to build high-quality products according to specifications and production schedules.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assemble components and subassemblies.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before moving to the next production phase.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work area to promote a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
- Assist with material handling tasks including receiving moving and staging parts and finished goods as needed.
- Participate in regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve issues that impact workflow.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting bending pushing and standing for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues promptly and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of safe and effective use of power tools and hand tools including screw guns and related assembly equipment.
- Skill in accurately reading and interpreting measurements using tape measures and other basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new assembly processes tools and techniques as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Ability to perform tasks in various work areas and adapt to changing priorities within the manufacturing environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The work environment requires standing for the entire shift and performing repetitive movements throughout the day.
- The role involves physical demands such as lifting pulling pushing and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds as well as frequent bending and other ergonomic activities.
- Assemblers must be able to maintain productivity while managing these physical tasks safely and efficiently.
PLANNED BUSINESS TRAVEL
- This job requires no planned business travel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Combining experience in manufacturing warehouse and assembly practices of 6 months or more with education is desirable.
- Previous experience with manufacturing warehouse and assemblyis desired.
COMPENSATION
This compensation information is a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage range that DuraServ reasonably expects to pay upon hire and is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Similar positions located outside of a covered jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $14.79 to $18.49 and reflects the range DuraServ expects to pay at the time of hire based on factors including geographic market skills experience qualifications and internal equity.
Salary/Hourly: Hourly
