The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Contract Management Specialist to join the V-22 Program in Ridley Park PA.

The successful candidate will join the V-22 Osprey program team responsible for directly engaging with the United States Navy customer supporting their tiltrotor this role you will also collaborate with teammates supporting the MH-139 program for the United States Air Force (USAF) including production aircraft modification and retrofit of delivered aircraft and a range of support products and services on both platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products services and technologies

  • Supports presentation of business solutions to help preserve and grow the business

  • Represents the company and supports external negotiations with customers

  • Prepares negotiates executes interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of The Boeing Company

  • Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines across the business

  • Leads development of pricing instructions funding/expenditure profile and ensures compliance with company and United States Government (USG) requirements

  • Summarizes contractual issues supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation efforts

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher

  • 1 years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations

  • 1 years of experience building developing and maintaining customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using analytical collaboration communication and organizational skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and able to multi-task and manage expectations

  • Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities solving problems and generating alternative solutions

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across functions
