About Us
We are a full-service HVAC building automation chiller and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Change and service filters oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.
- Cooling tower and condenser maintenance coils evaporators and tubes
- Clean and perform routine maintenance as required
- Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.
- General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid Vehicle Operators license
- Ability to stand sit or squat for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift move and carry material up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs ladders and work at extended heights.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to Dust mask gloves eye protection and hearing protection.
- Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $20 - $28 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results.
Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
