Job Summary
Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is Victorias peak water safety and lifesaving organisation built on the proud traditions and programs of our founding organisations the Royal Life Saving Society-Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia.
Lifesaving has been an integral part of the Victorian way of life since 1904. Today LSV is a multifaceted volunteer-based community organisation with a focus on public safety and community wellbeing.

About the Role
As the Coordinator - Education Programs you will play a key role in supporting the delivery coordination and promotion of LSVs education programs across Victoria.
This role combines hands on program delivery with coordination scheduling administration and stakeholder engagement ensuring high quality lifesaving education is delivered to schools aquatic venues and communities.
You will work closely with Education Instructors internal teams schools community organisations and external partners to deliver engaging safe and impactful programs throughout the year including school terms and peak holiday periods.
Located at our Port Melbourne Head Office and reporting to the Lead Coordinator - Education Programs this is a fulltime contract role.
Key Responsibilities
This dynamic role willbe responsible for but not limited to:
Coordinating and delivering lifesaving education programs across aquatic venues schools community settings and online.
Leading and supporting education program delivery during school terms and peak periods including school holidays.
Managing education program bookings schedulinglogisticsand customer communications with a strong focus on service excellence.
Supporting the recruitment training rostering and performance monitoring of Education Instructors and program leaders.
Maintainingaccuraterecords and contributing to monthly and annual program reporting against KPIs.
Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with schools community groups aquatic facilitiescouncilsand partner organisations.
Conducting site visits and contributing to venue risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant program delivery.
Assistingwith promotion and business development activities including marketing materials exposconferencesand community events.
Responding to enquiries related to water safety aquaticeducationand LSV education programs.
This role requires occasional travel across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Essential
To be successful in this role you willdemonstrate:
Experience delivering education aquaticsportor outdoor recreation programs to diverse audiences.
Strong coordination and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
Sound problemsolving anddecisionmakingcapabilities.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Community Surf Lifesaving Certificate or Bronze Medallion.
Current First Aid and CPR (or ability to obtain).
Drivers licence and flexibility with working hours.
EmployeeWorkingwithChildren Check (or ability to obtain).
Desirable
Lifesaving swimteachingor aquatic education qualifications.
Experience in volunteeringlifesavingor sports development environments.
Knowledge of LSV programs watersafetyor the aquatic education sector.
Experience using booking invoicingCRMor program management systems.
