Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support at manufacturing plant
Manage user accounts access rights & system permissions
Perform regular data backups & restoration testing
Maintain active user lists and audit readiness documentation
Support manufacturing QC & QA systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data integrity requirements
Coordinate with central IT team for escalations
