A highly respected property investment company based in Brighton is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to help manage a substantial portfolio within a professional and supportive environment.

Experienced Residential Property Manager required in Brighton to oversee a large portfolio deliver excellent customer service resolve issues efficiently and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a large portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
• Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently and professionally
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Conducting property visits and inspections where required
• Maintaining accurate records and property management systems
• Prioritising workload to meet deadlines and service standards
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident team player with a professional approach
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
• Strong relationship-building skills with landlords and tenants
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant property legislation (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence
