Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with product information to assist them in determining appropriate products
- Recommend additional products to meet customer needs
- Respond to customer requests and questions regarding technical issues products and account information; analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures
- Track sales activities and maintain customer database using a CRM program
- Provide quotes prepare proposals and enter orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with customer for quotes reports orders etc.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide superior customer service
- Achieve an advanced understanding of Rittal products
- Other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Passionate about sales and technology
- Strong commitment to personal excellence self-motivated and resourceful
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent project management skills ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
- A team player with a can do attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Capable problem solver that develops effective solutions for complex problems
- French language skills are an asset but not required
