Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist LMHC LCSW LMFT or LCMHC)

Compensation: 60% of Net Collections; paid bi-weekly (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70000)
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full or Part-Time)
Schedule: Build your own schedule between Monday-Friday
Location: This is an in person role based out of Lake Mary FL

Role Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities to children adolescents and adults
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 810 clients per day; minimum of 30 clients per week required
• Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5-7 clients per day; minimum of 20 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) LMHC LCSW LMFT or LCMHC in Florida
• Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings

Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure outpatient clinical experience preferred
