QC Utility Testing Analyst (Wed-Sat)

• Testing including pH Conductivity Nitrate identification Total Organic Carbon and Appearance
• Receiving handling and disposing of samples
• Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices before use.
• Accurately records test results and reports any quality anomalies
• Maintains laboratory supplies and performs laboratory housekeeping as assigned
• Ensures excellent customer service to clients
• Participates in required training activities
• Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency  and GMP requirements

Qualifications :

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess: 

• Is self-motivated adaptable team-oriented andhas apositive attitude 
• Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies 
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail 
• Desire to work in a moderately physical role that requires standing much of the time
• Strong computer and organizational skills 
• Fosters a healthy trusting environment and champions transparency and communication
• GMP biopharmaceutical or other related industry experience
• Familiarity with LIMS

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree in chemistry or other science-related degree concentration orequivalent directly related experience 
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship 

Additional Information :

• The work schedule will be Wed-Sat 7am-5:30pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer New York are encouraged to apply.
• Pay range: $22.50 - $26.25 based and degree and level of relevant experience.
