What you will do:
The Compliance Specialist supports the Division by conducting investigations involving insurance producers and agencies. This position is responsible for evaluating submitted information to ensure compliance with state laws administrative rules and internal policies. Key duties include performing essential case management functions assisting with investigative activities and maintaining accurate and well organized records.
The Compliance Specialist reviews applications reports and other regulated documents for completeness accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. The role also requires regular communication with applicants licensees stakeholders and the public to clarify requirements request additional information and explain relevant processes.
