JOB SUMMARY
As we scale into new markets and deepen our presence in key states were strengthening our field marketing structure with the addition of a Field Marketing Specialist (FMS).In this role you willbridge the gap between execution and impact. TheFMS role is designed to enhance in-store performance Paid Media ROI and team management in our core marketof Ohio. This positionwillbe both in accountsbuilding strong relationshipsand working remotely to pushbroadermarketingefforts in thestate. This rolewill be responsible forBFR managementKPI refinementand cross-functional alignment.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Ability to lead and coachBrand Field Representatives manage account support plans and conduct field rides
- Oversee BFRs capture ofseveral marketingexecution metrics:ISAs GWPs digitalmenusmerchandisingdisplaysbudtendertrainingsand capturingphotosforRepslyinput
- Create meaningfulMonthly Recapswith unique market insightshared with sales brand and field leads
- Drives consistencyand high-quality executionofin-storeand out-of-storeactivations
- Aggregate and analyze KPI data toidentifytrends by rep market and account
- Enforceterritorysupportplanning in your market(s) by activity and account tier and type
- Partner with RMD RMM and Paid Media vendors to connect advertising investment tokey retailersin-store outcomes (menu presence sell-through and revenue results)
- Identifyhigh-performing retail locations for future investment and retail media pilots
- Situational flexibility to decide when your time is best spent in the market executing or in remote office measuringbestimpact
- Contribute to After Action Reviews (AARs) regional dashboards and QuarterlyRegionleadership Review meetings
- Share knowledge of wholesale retail ecosystems andcompetitor activity
- Provide retailer-level feedback loops to inform optimized programming competitive activity and pricing/promotion shifts
- Align with Sales Trade and Brand to support a holistic retail strategy
- Be an expert in state cannabis regulations
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Complete all administrative responsibilities ina timelyandaccuratemanner.
- Maintain proper records for all expense reportswith receiptsand ensure they are completed on time
- Ensure BFRs submittimelyand completeexpense reportsfield reports viaRepslyand MonthlyMarketrecaps
- Managestorage unitsinventory trackingand distribution of field materials and trade assets
- Support onboarding and training of new BFRs within the assigned regions
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs HR guidelines and state-level regulatory requirements
- Support internal audit readiness for KPI tracking bymaintainingclean documentation of field activities
- Participate in region field team meetings and cross-functional check-ins with Sales Brand and Paid Media teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6yearsrelated industry ormarketingexperience.
- Local travel 50-70% includingoccasionalnights and weekends.
- Knowledge of cannabis trendsand industry preferred
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to listen andidentifyopportunities to drive increased loyalty.
- Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel including ordersdeliveryand merchandising support.
- Candidates must be familiar with on/off premise marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts.
- Strong problem-solving time management and organizational skills.
- Skilled atmultitasking withandability to meet deadlines.
- Computer literate withproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Pay Range
$65000 - $75000 USD
