Job Summary

A global EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider is seeking a Sales and Logistic Coordinator to support order management procurement inventory control and logistics coordination.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across sales logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and purchase orders
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Manage inventory and track order status
Communicate with customers vendors and freight forwarders
Prepare shipping documents (invoices packing lists bills of lading)
Support the sales team and maintain CRM data

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of international shipping and logistics
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Japanese) is a plus
