What Drives Success

TheHuman Resources Generalist Supply Chain & Distributionis responsible fordeliveringhandsondaytodayHR support to hourly and frontline leaders across Lennox U.S. distribution facilities. This role serves as theprimary point of contact for employee relations HR administration policy guidance and compliance ensuring consistent HR support that aligns with Lennox policies employment laws and operational needs of ahighvolumedistribution environment.

This role partners closely with site leadership Operations Safety and HR Centers of Excellence whileremainingprimarilyexecutionfocusedrather than strategic in nature.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Frontline Support

  • Serve as theinitialpoint of contactfor employee relations issues including policy interpretation attendance conduct performance concerns and workplace conflicts.
  • Support leaders ofhourly associateson performance management topics such as attendance safety corrective action and counseling (excluding salaried employee PIPs).
  • Conduct or support employee relations investigations includingethics investigations in partnership with HR leadership as needed.
  • Manage and processemployee accommodation requests ensuring compliance with ADA and company policy.
  • Provide guidance to employeesregardingcompensation benefits leave and other HR programs.

HR Administration & Transactions

  • Maintainaccurateand confidentialemployee records and personnel files.
  • Prepare and processPersonnel Action Forms (PAFs)and related HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and distribute exit communications and support offboarding processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues includingKronos (timekeeping)andSAPtransactions.
  • Ensuretimelyaccuratecompletion of HR tasks supportingdistributioncenteroperations.

Compliance Policy & Communication

  • Ensure compliance withfederal state and local employment laws as well as Lennox HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with site leaders to ensure consistent application of company policies across U.S. distribution facilities.
  • Draft and distributeemployee and manager communications including policy updates compliance reminders and operational HR messaging.
  • Support audits investigations and compliance reporting requirements related to labor and employment regulations.

Leader & Business Support

  • Act as a trusted HR resource to distribution and supply chain leaders ondaytodaypeople management issues.
  • Provide guidance on corrective action processes documentation standards and policy adherence.
  • Enter andinvestigate Ethics claimsand make recommendations for claim determination and actions.
  • Collaborate with Safety Operations and HR partners tosupport workplace culture engagement and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of35 years of Human Resources Generalist experience preferably inmanufacturing distribution or supply chain environments.
  • Strong working knowledge ofU.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience supportinghourly workforce populationsinfastpacedoperational settings.
  • Provenexpertiseconductingethics investigations
  • Proficiencywith HRIS systems; experience withKronos and SAPpreferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supportingmultisitedistribution or warehouse operations.
  • Exposure toboth union andunionfreehourly environments.
  • HR certification (PHR SHRMCP) preferred but not.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.

Knowledge of HR techniques applications and programs. Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office. Must have proven written and verbal skills. Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63000 - $82950annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
