MQ-25 Project Management Specialist

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Project Management Specialist to join our MQ-25 EMD team in Saint Louis Missouri.

This will be focused on executing projects that enable the production system of MQ-25 as we progress through our Engineering Manufacturing & Development phase of the program and beyond.

Position Responsibilities Experienced Level 3:

Independently develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards in a production environment Performs studies analysis (trend variance impact) risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development production rates process improvement program initiatives Creates schedule reports metrics change activity communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project Identifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion establishing key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Directs cross-functional teams to execute projects that impact the cost schedule and performance of the production system

Leads develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry in a production environment Leads studies/analysis (trend variance impact) reports risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts constraints involving product development production rates process improvement program initiatives Creates schedule reports metrics change activity communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project Identifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion establishing key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Directs cross-functional teams to execute projects that impact the cost schedule and performance of the production system

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) processes and methods More than 3 years of experience in project leadership including planning implementing and executing project plans More than 4 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment and/or business unit teams Bachelors degree or higher in engineering business or technical field

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Technical experience or experience in a role that interfaced directly with engineering functions Experience working in a production environment

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master4 years related work experience 10 years related work experience etc.

Senior Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master8 years related work experience 14 years related work experience etc.

Relocation:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Experienced Level 3: $94350 - $116550

Summary pay range Senior Level 4: $118150 - $159850
