Job Description

The Life Enrichment Director plans and coordinates a variety of social events to provide a vibrant and active community life for our residents. Some of those activities include:

• Determine residentprogram preferences talents and needs through resident feedback new resident orientation resident council meetings and communication with resident families.
• Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents in the community meeting their social physical emotional and psychological needs.
• Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to engage in community life and participate in various activities.

Qualifications

• A college degree in a related field or a certificate program.
• 2 years of activity programming experience.
• 1 years of leadership experience in senior living is preferred.
• A love for seniors!
• Highly organized and excellent time management skills
• Energetic engaging and caring personality
• Ability to connect with people
