The Opportunity

We are seeking aWorkers Compensation Attorney with 27 years of experienceto join our growing team. This is a high-impact role with immediate responsibility over a meaningful caseload and direct involvement in litigation strategy depositions and settlement negotiations.

This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full workers compensation caseload from intake through resolution
• Take and defend depositions (applicants physicians and experts)
• Develop and execute litigation strategy across all phases of the claim
• Appear at hearings conferences and trials before the WCAB
• Drive cases toward resolution through proactive negotiation and mediation
• Identify opportunities for crossover employment claims where applicable
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic guidance
• Collaborate with intake litigation support and leadership to move cases efficiently

What Were Looking For

• 27 yearsof California workers compensation experience
• Active member of the California State Bar
• Strong deposition and litigation skills (or a clear desire to develop them quickly)
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• High level of responsiveness organization and accountability
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset
• Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment
