Senior Field Marketing Manager

HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. We spent five years building the only data architecture that preserves causality across the full revenue stack every interaction every signal in sequence. On top of that foundation we built Nex-lm a purpose-built AI engine that compiles natural language into deterministic agent workflows. The result is a platform that can extract the revenue blueprint from a companys data encode it into repeatable automations and execute it across sales marketing and customer success consistently at scale.

We are not building a dashboard tool with an AI feature. We are building the operating layer that replaces the human bottleneck in enterprise revenue organizations. This is a category being defined right now and we intend to own it.

Since launching late 2023 we have grown to 8-figures in ARR process over 60 TB of revenue data monthly and we are working with some of the largest B2B companies in the world like Microsoft Harvey New Relic Collibra etc.

Your Mission

As Senior Field Marketing Manager youll architect and own HockeyStacks entire field marketing motion turning strategy into unforgettable experiences that drive pipeline deepen customer relationships and fuel our GTM teams growth targets. From intimate executive dinners to large-scale regional campaigns youll be the force that turns our brand into a presence our prospects and customers cant ignore.

What Youll Do

• Build and scale HockeyStacks field marketing program from the ground up strategy execution and optimization.

• Design and run high-impact in-person experiences: executive dinners roundtables industry events and customer meetups.

• Partner closely with Sales and the CRO to ensure every program aligns with pipeline goals territory plays and account strategies.

• Own all event logistics end-to-end: venues vendors budgets communications and flawless onsite execution.

• Launch regional campaigns that amplify our brand accelerate deals and deliver measurable revenue impact.

• Track and report ROI pipeline influence and event performance to leadership.

• Continuously refine programs based on GTM feedback data and results.

What Were Looking For

• 57 years in field marketing demand gen or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (mid-market/enterprise focus).

• Proven track record building and scaling field marketing programs that directly moved the revenue needle.

• A master organizer and project manager able to juggle multiple complex programs without missing a beat.

• Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and influencing executives.

• Creative scrappy resourceful and biased toward action.

• Based in San Francisco and ready to be in our office 5 days a week.

We offer a competitive compensation package including base bonus and equity with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $120000 to $160000 USD annually depending on experience and qualifications.
