As a wholly owned member of the Qantas Group Network Aviation delivers highcapacity charter and scheduled passenger services through a growing fleet of A320 A319 and F100 aircraft with the E190 set to enter service soon.
From our base at Perth Airport we specialise in resource sector support regional and interstate passenger transport routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As The MIS Implementation Specialist Fleet Management you will support the accurate implementation integrity and ongoing use of the Maintenance Information System (MIS). The role ensures the MIS is established as a reliable source of fleet and maintenance data to support planning compliance and operational decisionmaking.
You will work closely with Fleet Management Technical Services Engineering Support Systems IT system vendors and external partners to support data loading system configuration reporting dashboards and integration activities contributing to a successful transition into businessasusual operations.
You will support the validation and loading of aircraft component and maintenance data into the MIS including lifelimited parts OCCM data maintenance programs and configuration baselines. You will maintain data accuracy consistency and traceability conduct data integrity checks support issue resolution assist with MIS reporting and dashboards and support system integration across connected platforms.
Youll Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in aviation maintenance fleet management engineering support or a CAMO/AMO environment
- Sound experience working with maintenance information systems or aviation data platforms
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance data configuration control and maintenance planning in an MIS environment
- High attention to detail with experience validating and reconciling technical data
- Experience with maintenance systems and reporting tools (e.g. Maintenix JasperSoft Power BI or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a projectbased environment
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in a relevant technical or aviation discipline (desirable)
