Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to join our fast-growing fintech organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence data-driven decision-making and seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments has a strong analytical mindset and is passionate about building scalable processes that support business growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Data Monitoring & Insight
- Oversee real-time monitoring of operational and financial data to identify trends anomalies and risks.
- Translate data into actionable insights driving continuous improvement across business functions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance data visibility and reporting infrastructure.
- Design implement and standardize end-to-end SOPs across the fintech lifecycle (onboarding KYC transaction processing compliance customer support).
- Ensure operational workflows are efficient compliant and aligned with industry best practices.
- Regularly audit and refine SOPs to adapt to evolving regulatory and market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide operational enablement ensuring smooth client onboarding and transaction execution.
- Develop tools processes and playbooks that empower sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Act as a bridge between sales product and operations to resolve bottlenecks and enhance customer experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations management preferably within fintech banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL Excel BI dashboards).
- Proven track record of developing SOPs and scaling operational processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of fintech regulations compliance standards and risk management practices is a plus.
