What we are looking for:
We are looking for a sharp first-principles thinker to lead the end-to-end operational health of Tarros Voice Operations function. The ideal candidate doesnt manage with a set playbook; they challenge or break the playbook and rewrite it when the evidence demands it. You are energized by complexity comfortable with ambiguity and driven to understand the full picture before you act. This role is not about managing a steady-state operation. Its about designing the systems developing the people and holding both accountable to outcomes that actually move the business.
What Youll Accomplish:
Operational Strategy & Execution
Diagnose the health of the operation across people systems and processes and build a clear-eyed plan to close the gaps
Translate strategic priorities into operational roadmaps with defined owners milestones and real accountability structures
Build SOPs playbooks and frameworks that scale not ones that collect dust in a shared drive
Identify where the business is underperforming before anyone tells you to and move on it
Data-Driven Decision Making
Define and track the KPIs that actually matter and make sure leadership always has an honest picture of where the business stands
Use data to drive decisions at every level from how the product behaves to how the team is structured
Run operational reviews that create accountability not just reporting
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to measurable outcome
Be the person department heads call when a problem is too complex or too cross-cutting to solve alone
Represent Operations in leadership discussions with both the analytical depth and the ground-level context to be credible in both rooms
Continuous Learning & Innovation
Spot structural and systemic risks before they become escalations then build the contingency frameworks that make the organization resilient
Stay genuinely curious about how this industry is evolving and bring that outside perspective in before the business needs it
Raise the floor on how this team thinks about operational excellence not through mandates but through example

Year 1 Deliverables
Conduct an operational audit across the Dumaguete site and present a structured improvement plan within the first 3 months
Lead at least three high-impact operations-led initiatives end-to-end
Build or significantly improve SOPs and playbooks in the areas of highest operational risk
About You
You have 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations strategy or business leadership with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role
You have a proven track record of building and scaling operational functions in a high-growth startup or tech environment
You are genuinely data-driven. You can define KPIs build reporting frameworks and drive accountability from data
You lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders with credibility and clarity
You have built processes playbooks and frameworks from scratch in ambiguous fast-moving environments
You treat the business like its yours. You hold yourself accountable to outcomes not just outputs
