Senior Reliability Engineer

We are looking for experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join the Global Reliability Lab team. Supporting products qualification from development through highvolume this role you will play a key part in defining reliability strategies leading qualification activities investigating failures and driving longterm product robustness.

You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including Design Test Failure Analysis Manufacturing Quality and Suppliers to ensure our products meet stringent reliability customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute reliability qualification plans for electronic components and modules.
• Develop test strategies including HTOL HAST THB TC HTSL PTC and mechanical stress tests.
• Review test results analyze failures and provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Assess risks related to new technologies new materials and new manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance to relevant JEDEC IEC MIL IPC and customer-specific standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in reliability engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience supporting products from development to high-volume manufacturing.
• Familiarity with automotive industrial consumer or high-reliability electronic applications is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electronics reliability mechanisms (electromigration corrosion thermal fatigue etc.).
• Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing equipment.
• Handson experience with reliability testing.
• Ability to interpret schematics layouts and mechanical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
