Providing a housing management service youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure long-term accommodation!

What youll do

• Working with people predominantly aged 55 year with a care or support need disability or long-term health condition.

• Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.

• Help our customers with housing benefit claims making sure that these are received on their rent account

• To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy youll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales. This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush!

• Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant.

• Youll also manage the admin updating records ordering and arranging payment for works to be done

You have

• A background in property management but thats not a deal breaker! Perhaps youve worked in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.

• The ability to work on your own initiative positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.

• Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners

• Passion for property and get a thrill out of knowing that your properties are the best they can be for our customers!

The practical bits

• Work pattern between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday some evening and weekend cover may be required occasionally.

• Based at our Community Wellbeing Service in Brighouse youll spend your time based predominantly at the service.

• Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups

• Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
