Head of Commercial / Commercial Director (Group Level)
London (UK & US oversight)
100k base c.150k package (bonus linked to profit & performance)
The Role
Were working with a design-led high-end interiors and manufacturing business delivering bespoke residential projects across the UK US and internationally.
Theyre growing quickly currently achieving3040% YoY growth with a clear plan to scale from15m to 30m turnover.
They now need acommercial leaderto bring structure control and leadership to the commercial function as they scale.
What Youll Be Doing
- Take ownership ofcommercial performance across the group (UK & US)
- Drivecost control margin improvement and commercial discipline
- Lead and develop thecommercial / estimating / QS function
- Work closely with leadership ongrowth strategy and project selection
- Overseetendering pricing and contract approach
- Support the business in scaling sustainably while protecting margin
What Theyre Looking For
- Proven background incommercial leadership (Head of Commercial / Commercial Director level)
- Strongcost control and margin management experience
- Experience working withdevelopers / main contractors
- Background injoinery interiors fit-out or high-end residential
- Ability tolead motivate and develop teams
- Experience inscaling or high-growth environments
