An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join one of the UKs most prestigious luxury hospitality destinations.

Operating at Michelin-star level and 5 AA Rosettes this is a high-performance kitchen delivering refined seasonal menus using exceptional local produce within a world-class setting.

This is a role for a chef who wants to refine their craft in a serious structured environment while continuing to develop at the top end of the industry.

The Role

Working as part of a highly skilled brigade you will take ownership of your section and contribute to the delivery of dishes to the highest standard.

You will:

  • Run your section confidently during prep and service
  • Deliver consistent precise dishes in line with Michelin standards
  • Support seasonal menu development and daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain strong organisation mise en place and cleanliness
  • Assist with stock control and minimise waste
  • Support and guide junior chefs where required
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver a polished guest experience

The Package

  • 34000 base salary
  • Tronc circa 7500 per year
  • Total earnings circa 41500
  • 48-hour contract across 5 days

The Ideal Candidate

  • Current Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Experience within Michelin-star or high-Rosette kitchens preferred
  • Strong technical foundation and attention to detail
  • Calm organised and reliable in service
  • Passionate about high-quality produce and modern cooking
  • Positive team-focused approach
  • Keen to develop within a top-level kitchen
