Operating at Michelin-star level and 5 AA Rosettes this is a high-performance kitchen delivering refined seasonal menus using exceptional local produce within a world-class setting.

The Role
Working as part of a highly skilled brigade you will take ownership of your section and contribute to the delivery of dishes to the highest standard.
You will:
Run your section confidently during prep and service
Deliver consistent precise dishes in line with Michelin standards
Support seasonal menu development and daily kitchen operations
Maintain strong organisation mise en place and cleanliness
Assist with stock control and minimise waste
Support and guide junior chefs where required
Work closely with the wider team to deliver a polished guest experience
