As a Maintenance Technician youll play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability reducing downtime and ensuring machinery operates at peak performance. Youll work under the general supervision of the Maintenance Team Leader and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support safe efficient is a full-time first shift position with the following schedule:Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PMPay Range: $28.00 $33.00 per hour depending on experience and qualificationsYour Key Responsibilities:Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plant machinery to ensure optimal performance and routine inspections lubrication cleaning and minor adjustments to prevent equipment wear and tear issues and complete or escalate repairs before breakdowns accurate maintenance records and documentation for all preventive maintenance with equipment calibration alignment and optimization with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to troubleshooting and assist with general maintenance tasks as and promote all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) improvements to maintenance schedules and processes to enhance equipment You Bring to the Team:Education: High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or certification in Electrical Mechanical or HVAC maintenance : Prior industrial maintenance experience required with a focus on preventive maintenance strongly : Strong knowledge of mechanical systems pneumatics hydraulics and basic electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints schematics and manuals. Ability to track and document maintenance activities using logs or other Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude strong attention to detail and problem-solving Requirements: This role requires the ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly perform frequent bending and stooping and stand or walk for extended periods including shifts of 10 hours.
