The Opportunity

High-volume service department with strong customer retention
Advisors typically manage1520 repair orders per day
Supported by experienced technicians and organized shop processes
Established customer base and consistent service traffic
Position open due tocontinued service department growth

What Youll Do

Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department
Listen carefully to customer concerns and document them accurately
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines mileage and vehicle condition
Prepare accurate repair estimates for parts and labor
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
Provide timely updates so customers feel informed and confident in the work being performed
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure total satisfaction

What Were Looking For

Previousautomotive service advisor experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customers simultaneously
Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
Ability to confidently present recommended services and maintenance
Valid drivers license required
