Client Relations Specialist

Were a fast-growing Estate Planning and Probate law firm looking for a Client Relations Specialist to be the warm capable first point of contact for new existing and former clients.

What Youll Do:

• Speak with potential clients who have reached out via phone email or web form
• Conduct structured discovery calls using proven scripts
• Ask smart questions to understand client needs and goals
• Book qualified leads into consultations with our attorneys and case managers
• Keep detailed notes in our CRM and track follow-ups
• Reconnect with leads who cancel no-show or delay decisions
• Handle questions from prospective existing and former clients.
• Welcome law firm visitors

Qualifications

Youre a Great Fit If You:

• Are confident and kind on the phone
• Ask good questions and really listen to the answers
• Can follow a system but think on your feet
• Stay organized when juggling many tasks
• Have experience in customer service hospitality or sales
• Are comfortable using tech

Position Details:

• Full-time role (40 hours/week)
• In-office
• Training provided no legal background required
