Recruiter

BHC is seeking a focused and adaptable Recruiter to join our dynamic Hospital Staffing Leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with precision. Every duty or responsibility should further the mission of BHC and improve the quality of life for every client receiving our services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience: Recruitment staffing or talent acquisition.
• Skills: Excellent communication networking and organizational skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
• Criminal History: Must be able pass a background check abuse neglect sexual abuse registry.

Salary:

• $40000 to $50000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract healthcare talent.
• Source candidates through job fairs community outreach social media and job boards.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Assist candidates with application processes certifications and onboarding.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations background checks and credentialing.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
