• Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
• Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and manage scheduling for appointments using our CRM system.
• Coordinate communication between departments to streamline processes.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.

• Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.
